Laparoscopic Gallbladder Removal (Cholecystectomy)

I recently had my gallbladder removed with practice plus and I was so impressed with the care I received, everyone was so kind and friendly.
It was 4 weeks from the day I put in an online enquiry form to the day of my surgery.
The clinics were all well organized.
The nurses pre and post op were amazing and everyone in the theatre room with me also, I was very anxious but they made me feel really at ease the whole time.

The only issues I have were I didn’t get any sort of follow up after the surgery, I was told I was going to get a phonecall the next day to check in but I didn’t and the night staff coming on duty were so quick to get me out of the door when I had been struggling all afternoon with passing urine and having vaso vagal episodes, but overall everything was brilliant.

Hip Replacement (Hip Arthroplasty)

Easy parking, friendly staff, slight wait for OPA otherwise good

Benign (Non-Cancerous) Skin Conditions

Minor Skin Surgery

The clinic overall was welcoming and a very pleasant environment to address my situation.

Cataract Surgery

Eye Problem

Made to feel comfortable and welcome by all members of staff, all questions asked, answered to ease any concerns.

Minor Eyelid Procedures

My experience at New Mefica was excellent & I would not hesitate in recommending them

Refractive Lens Exchange

I am not a patient but work alongside Dr Avadhanam, as well as review his post operative work. He is one of the nicest and most thorough surgeons I have worked with, and I would trust him implicitly with my own eyes if it was ever needed. His approach to his work is great, and I think this reflects in his good outcomes and patient satisfaction.
