Very informative and talked through the process which made me feel at ease, a lovely young lady
Gemma was friendly and inspired confidence. Felt relaxed during the procedure even with some of the more uncomfortable parts. Was aware that they were all working as a team which was reassuring. Aftercare was good and relaxed and I did not feel rushed.
