Gemma was very helpful I had lose eyelash which had been irritating me she cleared it out of my eye said another was rubbing eye which she took out said I got a little sist which will go away over time and she's got the softest hands I've come across and her table manners are impeccable

My first cateract op was earlier in the year and found the consultant (Gemma) explained every step of the procedure which was a comfort . Did not experience any discomfort My second op I requested Gemma and the receptionist provided a date where Femma was on duty. I can honestly say everyone from the time I arrived to leaving were very polite cheerful and made you feel relax I would recommend Gemma to anyone.

Follow up appointment after surgery. Seen ahead of appointment time, quick service and to the point. So quick I forgot to ask if there was any follow up, but neither was any further guidance given. Other than this it was a very good service start to finish.
