As I have already explained, there was a long delay with no explanation. After that the operation was rapid with little verbal contact.
He reassured me as I was slightly nervous. Throughout the procedure him and his team made me feel relaxed. All the team were happy &bubbly.
This was not a procedure I was looking forward to, but all the staff were very helpful and reassuring. Thank you all so much.
Excellent experience everything was clearly explained and I was not at all rushed would recommend
George listened to my questions and gave me the information I needed to make my decision on which lens. Obviously a very busy clinic but I didn’t feel rushed at any time.
