Mr George Kiousis

George is very empathetic and very professional. He goes into lengths to make sure that as a patient I completely understand his treatment plan and the reasoning behind it. I fully trust his knowledge and his experience. I always feel relaxed to attend Newmedica and George because of the friendly environment they create.

Whilst my vision is improved , I’m disappointed that my vision is not as clear as I had expected. I have an astigmatism in that eye and discussed if it would be better to pay for the better lens that would correct that, but was advised it wasn’t worth it, but now my sight is still blurred and not sharp at any distance. The preparation nurse before the surgery was professional and welcoming, but the surgery team did not speak of even say hello or goodbye and started to discuss a new piece of equipment and peoples opinion of it while they were still operating on my eye, which I felt unprofessional and made me feel uneasy.
