I am house bound - oxygen 24:7 - 5 litres a min even to lie or sit. Had to have ambulance to appointment. Very apprehensive. Mr Rhys Davies made me feel comfortable - he understood the situation immediately within a short time, ,because my life is so limited and quality without sight almost nonexistent he had confirmed need for eyes to have cataracts removed. He also discussed cost to me for the effort of getting to hospital and NHS costs with ambulances etc so he arranged there and then for the pre op to be done to save me an extra visit. 10 days later both eyes operated on together. On every level my comfort and needs were monitored and progress explained. My life has been transformed in a matter of weeks thanks to his care - waking up and being able to read, paint and see the faces of the people I love again / have saved, I think it is not to dramatic to say my sanity - thank you all at NHS but especially Mr Davies.

Calm and professional with clear explanations of what to expect before, during and after. I felt reassured and confident in my choices. Op went very well and results are fantastic. Would absolutely recommend!

I had blepharoplasty surgery by Mr Davies and I am absolutely delighted by the results. The whole procedure was totally painless. My eyes are so much brighter and I look and feel refreshed.
