Two years ago I suffered severe damage to the tendons of my shoulder. This coincided with the beginning of the Covid pandemic. Consequently, my operation was carried out almost 2 years after the injury. My operation was cancelled five times and Covid was responsible for the majority of these cancellations. I am writing to you as I want to thank Mr Monga for all his efforts over the last two years. He is a true professional. During our meetings I always felt valued and fully informed of decisions and consequences. He showed empathy, sympathy and an understanding of my needs and concerns. I feel privileged that I was allocated to Mr Monga as my Orthopaedic Consultant. Words can never express how grateful I am for everything he has done for me, so I will be able to continue to enjoy an active lifestyle.
