Mr Marek Sarnecki

Mr Marek Sarnecki is a Psychotherapist currently working in the private sector and also as the Community Counselling Centre. Within the field of Psychotherapy, he specialises in depression, issues with sexual identity, relationship problems and life transitions. He believes that counselling and long-term psychotherapy can help his patients to understand themselves better and move on from old relationship patterns. He offers short term counselling and long-term therapy to help them move forward with their lives and feel more satisfied.

He provides a non-judgmental and gentle approach, allowing his patients to share their concerns within a comfortable environment. Through understanding the problems, short and long-term solutions can be used to help the patients deal with problems that may arise in their everyday lives.

Mr Sarnecki completed an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling. Following this, he completed training in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy at Birkbeck University of London. He is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

He has also worked for the NHS at the Hetherington Group Practice, Clapham, Community Counselling Services and a Suicidal Respite Centre. Mr Sarnecki deeply supports his patients and also supports the LGBTQ+ community with coming out, homophobia and low self-esteem.
