I have a large urogynaecology and general gynaecology practice with over 800
new referrals each year and 500 urodynamic investigations. I
perform 150-200 prolapse procedures and 150-200 operations for stress
incontinence annually, amongst other general gynaecology. I have
an ongoing audit including 2600 TVT procedures. I have introduced new services for
urogynaecology including intravesical botox and posterior tibial nerve
stimulation (PTNS) for refractory overactive bladder. I oversee the bladder
instillation service. I perform non mesh procedures for stress incontinence including periurethral injections, colposuspensions and autologouus fascial slings. I do not use mesh for vaginal prolapse surgery.
