Miss Lou is very efficient and she understood my anxiety very quickly and accomodated that perfectly, shes very considerate and very good at what she does would recommend her highly and her team

Ms Lou has provided excellent care and is a marvellous surgeon. My health problems were quite complex and at each stage of my recovery she has taken all the worry away,and I have felt safe in her care.

Having had bowel cancer 2 years ago, to say I was very scared and worried about the possible diagnosis before seeing Miss Lou would be an understatement. I had hardly slept for over a week and Miss Lou went out of her way to squeeze me into her busy clinic. I knew I was in good hands from the moment I met her. She was so kind, understanding, gentle and empathetic and didn't rush things at all. She explained everything thoroughly and arranged for me to have an urgent scan the same day. Additionally, she found the time to phone me in the afternoon to let me know the scan result and put my mind at rest. If you have a gynae problem, Miss Lou is the lady you want to see. She exemplifies everything that a clinician should be and I can't speak highly enough of her. I am so very grateful that I was able to see her.

Lovely manner, caring and professional

It is hard to express how grateful I am to Dr Lou. I have seen several doctors over the years and she is the first to have really listened, considered alternative treatment paths, and it really felt that she went above and beyond to help in every way she could. I got to the car after my appt and cried happy tears for having found Dr Lou. Dr Lou used diagrams to explain her thoughts and also took the time to talk me through scans and other results I had had. I felt so at ease with Dr Lou the entire time and cannot thank her enough. I feel I have hit the jackpot in being assigned to Dr Lou.

All staff looked after me as soon as I arrived. They were all very kind, and explained everything to do with my procedure.
