Very professional and caring from the outset. I felt listened to and Dr James genuinely cared about my well-being.
The outcome of the operation was different as I expected. After 2 months the hernia bulge is still there. I will go for a 2nd opinion with a different consultant and a ultra sound.
I am extremely sorry that this was the case. Obviously this is not the outcome that we would wish for. I would be very happy to discuss this with you and to correct the problem. Please do reach out to my secretary and I would be very happy to see you.
I knew I will be in good hands with Dr Kinross.
very accommodating and professional
Mr Kinross has been most helpful and has clearly explained my problem and treatment. His "bed-side" manner was 100%. I will have no hesitation to recommend him.
He explained everything in detail about the procedure, treatment and the possible outcomes. He is very easy to talk to, makes the patient comfortable so that they can discuss their problems without any hesitation. Felt I’m in safe hands.
Mr Kinross met me on a Saturday afternoon and operated less than 24 hours later. From the moment I was placed into his care I knew I was in safe hands; he is one-of-a-kind. My whole family was reassured by his calm composure and exceptional bedside manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Very knowledgeable dr. Listens to the patient and comes up with sensible plan of action. Highly recommended.
Honestly, one of the most intellectual and approachable Doctors I have ever come across. Makes you feel at ease regardless of the situation. Definitely great Dr to see.
Excellent. Felt I could put my trust in him with full confidence that he really does know what he’s doing.
