Very professional and caring from the outset. I felt listened to and Dr James genuinely cared about my well-being.

The outcome of the operation was different as I expected. After 2 months the hernia bulge is still there. I will go for a 2nd opinion with a different consultant and a ultra sound.
I am extremely sorry that this was the case. Obviously this is not the outcome that we would wish for. I would be very happy to discuss this with you and to correct the problem. Please do reach out to my secretary and I would be very happy to see you.
