Prof Lee Dvorkin graduated from Leeds University Medical School and completed his basic surgical training in Wessex. He undertook a period of research at The Royal London Hospital in 2002.
Prof Dvorkin was awarded an MD by the University of London for his work on pelvic floor disorders.
Prof Dvorkin completed higher surgical training in 2010 in North East London. This was then followed by an 18-month supra-specialist fellowship at St Marks Hospital which included a 6-month laparoscopic colorectal fellowship. He was appointed as a Consultant Surgeon in 2011.
Prof Dvorkin is currently a Consultant Laparoscopic General & Colorectal Surgeon at the North Middlesex University Hospital in London and has held various managerial and educational posts.

Absolutely fantastic doctor who explained everything clearly and methodically as we went through the identified problem and how it would be rectified. The operation aftercare was also excellent.

Knowledgeable, professional, and was an incredibly precise surgeon. Post-surgery pain after a hemorrhoid surgery was very low, and much better than expected. Recovery was very speedy too.

I saw MR Dvorkin today for my follow up . Throughout my entire process and experience I have found him to be A true Gentleman, and very good Surgeon.. He was professional, but relaxed this very quickly helped to put me at ease. I was reassured by his calm approach his thoroughness with both his investigations and explanations. I was treated as a human being first , then as a patient At all times I was treated with dignity and respect, given Mr Dvorkin’s speciality this was of major importance to me .
