About Mr Hasan Mukhtar
Mr Hasan Mukhtar is a Consultant General & Colorectal Surgeon, with over two decades of experience, based at the Highgate Private Hospital.
Mr Mukhtar gained his primary medical qualification in 1989 at the Punjab Medical College, Pakistan. He followed this qualification with general surgery training and colorectal surgery training in the UK, Northampton General Hospital and John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, under the Oxford Deanery. Upon completion of his training in 2001, he was appointed Consultant at the Whittington Hospital. In addition to his training and education, he has also authored a variety of peer reviewed papers in medical journals regarding colorectal disease. He has published and presented widely in international and national meetings and journals on various aspects of general and colorectal disease.
