So glad I was recommended to see Mr Vashisht. I was sure I was going to need surgery to fix my pelvic floor so was quite anxious. The whole experience was professional, considerate and left me with confidence that I could first try to fix this problem with adequate exercise and pelvic physio input. Mr Vashisht allowed me to explain all my very personal issues in a way that I found it much easier than I thought. He somehow asked the right questions in a way that I was able to get everything I wanted him to know across. A rare occasion when I left the appointment and didn't regret not remembering to share something that was bothering me. I found his examination well explained and seemed to be very thorough. He explained it all to me really well and set out my options. I have been using the NHS Squeezy App (pelvic floor exercises) religiously and it has over the past couple of months already shown a lot of improvement, so he was right to try and do this on my own first. I know where I will go if I need more help/intervention and I warmly recommend him to my girlfriends in similar circumstances (such a common problem!).
