Dr John-Henry Rhind

Dr John-Henry Rhind is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon who specialises in trauma care and lower limb surgical management. Dedicated to providing patient-centred care, he focuses on delivering reassuring, evidence-based treatments designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and enhance functional recovery. His thoughtful and structured approach ensures that patients feel fully supported and informed at every stage of their treatment journey.

In his clinical practice, Dr Rhind concentrates on the evaluation and management of complex knee conditions, acute sports injuries, tendon disruptions, and general musculoskeletal trauma. He utilises modern surgical techniques alongside conservative therapeutic strategies to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Beyond his operative work, he actively participates in clinical research and innovative service delivery, including modern virtual clinic models designed to streamline orthopaedic assessments and improve patient accessibility.

Dr Rhind completed his primary medical training at The University of Manchester, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) in 2011. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Postgraduate Certificate (PGc). Following higher surgical training, he attained Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FRCS Tr & Orth). He has further advanced his expertise through sub-specialist fellowship training as a Senior Knee Fellow.
