The London Orthopaedic Clinic (TLOC) is a well-established, private outpatient clinic, based within the prestigious Mayo Clinic in the Harley Street medical area of Marylebone, London.
We pride ourselves on offering rapid-access, tailored, musculoskeletal diagnostic services onsite as well conservative treatment options, Pain Management and of course surgical intervention where indicated. Ultrasound-guided injections can be administered on a one-stop shop approach, with daily ultrasound clinics running in parallel with consultations. We offer newer injectible treatments such as Arthrosamid and nStride for knee OA, as well as PRP and injections of steroid, Hylauronic Acid (Ostenil).
With a team of dedicated Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeons, Pain Physicians, Neurophysiologist, MSK Radiologists, Hand Therapist and MSK Podiatrist, the Clinic provides patients with a unique blend of personalised multi-disciplinary care, akin to a small family practice with the accessibility of a state-of-the-art treatment centre in central London.

I have known Dr Halfpenny's PA - Russell Hirst - since 2018 when I first started coming to TLOC. From the outset he has been exceptional. He is incredibly well informed and efficient. After a consultation with Sean Curry regarding treatment for arthritic knees,followed immediately by Xrays and a review, I was offered treatment five days later 21 April). This was carried out on time, quickly and is already proving beneficial.

The clinic is very clean, and the staff are truly wonderful. They have such a caring and compassionate nature. The nurse in particular was exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The doctor is also very knowledgeable, which made me feel confident and well cared for throughout my visit.
