Dr Jason Jennings

Dr Jason Jennings is a Gastroenterologist.

Dr Jennings graduated with a 1st class honours degree in Clinical Immunology. They completed training in Gastroenterology which included a research fellowship in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Dr Jennings was appointed as a Consultant and currently works as the lead clinician for Small Bowel diseases. This includes a specialist coeliac clinic, participating in the inflammatory bowel disease tertiary service and providing a regional capsule endoscopy and small bowel enteroscopy service.

Dr Jennings completed their PhD examining the genetic basis of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. They have published a number of peer reviewed articles on coeliac disease. They are a member of the British Society of Gastroenterology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.
