It was phenomenal. It was such a quick turn around from my consultation to my surgery that I was astonished. He laid everything out clearly and made sure I was aware of the process and expected outcome at every step. Furthermore, the surgery was AMAZING, I made mock ups of what I would have wanted and he went above and beyond to do better. Mr Kelly was very reassuring and thorough in his examination. My daughter is 7 years old and was quite apprehensive about the appointment, but Mr Kelly put her at ease, clearly explained each stage of the examination, and carried out wax removal with no discomfort.
