Arrived in agony with severe toothache and within seconds she made me feel at ease and explained everything really well. She was a bubbly warm person who I would have loved to be my actual dentist. Can’t thank her enough for her compassion and understand lovely person.

I have experienced severe anxiety when attending any dental appointments for as long as can remember. My teeth aren’t in good health or hygiene. Dr Hardeep has been my dentist for the past few years now and I can honestly say I wouldn’t feel comfortable in any other hands other than hers. So much so that on hearing she was moving to another practice I have decided to move along with her. Dr Hardeep is always been professional, patient and compassionate in regards to my anxiety. An amazing dentist who deserves a 5 star review

Dr. Basi was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. She spoke to me as a person as well as a patient which was very calming and made my experience as enjoyable as it could be. She took the time to ask me about my family which took my mind away from the needles and had an all round positive aura about her. I would have no issues having Dr. Basi conduct all of my dental treatment in future.

Hardeep made me feel so relaxed and talked me through every step of the procedure. She reassured me when necessary.

I can't put into words how grateful I am to Dr. Hardeep. I have struggled with dental problems for about 4 or 5 years. part of my problem was because the dentist WAS my biggest phobia. I've been to many different dentists and was never able to get over my fear. I would have panic attacks and even faint and not be able to even get myself to the appointments. After 5 years of this, I was in a much worse place with pains and infections all over my mouth. because of desperation i was able to make another appointment and try face it. The first time I met Dr Hardeep, I was in a low place, I was immobilized with pain and with no confidence because of the condition of my teeth I was in a very bad place mentally as well as physically. Dr Hardeep is nothing short of magic, she is a one of a kind human being and from my first appointment she has welcomed me warmly and made me feel comfortable enough to continue onto a plan of treatment. it took me a good handful of appointments to become fully comfortable and confident but every appointment I have had, Dr Hardeep has went above and beyond being a dentist and has done absolutely everything possible to try make me feel better about my treatment, she has tried everything with me from conversation, breathing exercises and mindfulness exercises to help keep me in a good state of mind, and to most importantly to believe in myself. I am now in a position where i am not even slightly nervous about my appointments, even having extractions, I trust Dr Hardeep completely because she is always so kind and caring towards her patients. Its clear how dedicated she is to helping her patients in not only the dental treatment, but in every other way she possibly can at the time. I cant recommend Dr Hardeep enough, especially to people like myself with huge anxiety's, I never thought until now that going to the dentist could turn out to be a pleasant experience. Lots of people will say "my dentist is the best around" but I know its true when i say it! Dr Hardeep has given me more than just my smile back, she has given me my life back and I can't describe how thankful I am to her and the rest of the team in 3 towns dental practice for getting me through this when I didn't believe I could. Its my brothers wedding the day after tomorrow and thanks to Dr Hardeep I can now look forward to it without suffering and can give my speech with confidence thanks to my new denture which I'm very pleased with. Onwards and upwards from here. I will be forever grateful.
