My experience was extremely fast, friendly, and informative service at all stages. I enquired about wisdom teeth extraction and received a call from the practice within 24 hours to book in a consultation and surgery. The practice in Kelso has a welcoming atmosphere and is very clean. The staff were approachable and answered all my questions in a friendly manner. The paperwork was very easy as it was online and any edits required such as adding conscious sedation were completed immediately. I was impressed at the responsiveness of the receptionists and how quickly they handled the admin side. Within 2 weeks I went in for the surgery. The surgery itself was swift and carefree as the team carried out my conscious sedation and extractions smoothly and the whole process took just an hour. The staff were lovely and asked if I had any music requests which I thought was a great touch. The aftercare package was very helpful for timings of painkillers and mouthwash. A follow-up phone call around a week after the surgery was much appreciated and again very professional and friendly. The whole experience can be described as extremely efficient and professional.

Came to have a tooth extracted. Dentist could not have done any more to explain what was going to happen and what to expect post extraction. She took her time while removing the tooth ensuring I was not in any pain.

Oral surgery on a non-erupted wisdom tooth that had an abscess and was oozing pus into my mouth! Excellent service from first speaking to the receptionist to Fiona answering my many questions and removing the offending wisdom tooth.

Every step of my treatment was explained simply yet in detail. This was especially important for me, a stroke survivor, who has difficulty understanding things. My entire treatment was gentle and painless. I was looked after exceptionally well by reception staff, dental nurses, dentists, hygienists. Would recommend Vermilion Kelso 100%. Thank you
