Before Vermilion, Dr Offord spent six years working in general dental practices in Scotland, Singapore and Australia.
Academic career
Dr David Offord graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1994. In 2001, he attained the MFDS from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and in 2007 he was recognised by the General Dental Council as a specialist in oral surgery.
In 2008, he obtained the Diploma in Conscious Sedation at the University of Newcastle, which enables him to offer sedation to ease nervous patients through their surgery.

David is so welcoming positive and professional. I chose to have a sedated extraction so it is not possible to describe everting he did. But post operative things are great. He has an excellent team with him that he leads very well. This is my best experience at a dentist in my 63 years. A dentist referred me to him with the words he is the best dentist in Edinburgh by some way. I can see why. Thank you.

Excellent care, inspires confidence, calm, organised and efficient. I took time to decide who should undertake my implant surgery. David was highly recommended to me by other dental practitioners and my experience strongly supports their recommendations. I cannot fault the care I recieved.
