Steve took time before each treatment to chat to me, not just about my treatment but about me as a human. Whilst I wasn't particularly anxious I would imagine his bedside manners would be fantastic in putting worried people at ease. I didn't feel discomfort at any stage of my treatment but Steve checked in with me at an appropriate frequency to make sure I was ok.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you have had such a positive experience with Dr Bonsor.
