Superb from beginning to end. A clear plan of action was established, communicated and then executed with absolute confidence, competence and no discomfort.

I felt put at ease right away. David took his time and made me feel that he was taking care in what he was doing. He was also good at explaining what he was doing as he worked through the procedure. He explained the risks and that it might not work and I was aware of when he had to change an approach. I appreciated that he did not just try to make it work but thought through the full outcome and what options he could try. He never came across as anything other than professional and in full control even though this was a tricky procedure due to the lack of tooth left. He also allowed me time to ask questions and didn't make me feel that I didn't need to know. The dental nurse was also very good and very calm. They worked extremely well together and I felt comfortable with the support she provided.

Dr Treagus went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome for me and my tooth. He was very direct in explaining my options, what could and will likely go wrong in the future. He persevered in very challenging circumstances to complete the work he started, which in this case was drilling through a metal lined crown to address a failed root canal treatment and clear up an infection. His warm and humorous manner helped me to feel calm and take my mind off the seriousness of what was being done. A very professional, empathetic and great dentist.
