Dr Gordon Ingle

Dr Gordon Ingle is a highly regarded Consultant Neurologist who provides expert assessment and comprehensive management for a wide range of neurological conditions. Specialising in General Neurology, Dr Ingle has dedicated clinical focus in Autonomic Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis. He works closely alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver patient-centred, reassuring, and individualised care plans tailored to each individual's unique health needs.

Dr Ingle's primary clinical interests lie in the diagnosis and management of complex autonomic nervous system disorders and demyelinating conditions. His autonomic expertise includes the investigation and management of postural tachycardia syndrome (PoTS), pure autonomic failure, multiple system atrophy, orthostatic hypotension, vasovagal syncope, and autoimmune autonomic neuropathy. Additionally, Dr Ingle provides specialist care for patients with Multiple Sclerosis, employing modern disease-modifying strategies and advanced diagnostic tools to optimise patient care and long-term health outcomes.

Dr Ingle graduated with his primary medical qualification from the University of Edinburgh, where he also earned a First Class Honours Degree in Neuroscience. He completed his specialist postgraduate clinical training in Neurology in London and the South East. Following his clinical training, Dr Ingle earned a Doctorate of Medicine (MD) from the University of London, focusing his research on magnetic resonance imaging markers in primary progressive multiple sclerosis. He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and is accredited on the specialist register as a Consultant Neurologist.
