Mrs Gillian Coleby is a UKCP registered Psychotherapist. They work in an integrative, flexible and relational way, offering mid to long-term therapy as well as brief therapy. They aim to empower their clients to make choices and find ways to change things in their lives that feel impossible and overwhelming. Mrs Gillian Coleby believes that feeling supported and heard in a confidential space can help clients begin to listen to their own needs and find ways of meeting them.

Mrs Gillian Coleby is passionate about enabling people to free themselves from old patterns that have kept them stuck, to develop the strength to make choices and be who they want to be. They believe that everyone can find a more realistic, beneficial and happier way to live their life.
