The gastroenterology department offers a wide range of investigations and procedures, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic polyp removal, and haemorrhoidal banding. Further diagnostics include gastrointestinal physiology studies, breath tests for conditions such as SIBO, Bravo capsule pH testing, and private abdominal ultrasound. Treatment programmes also incorporate dietary therapies, voice therapy for related conditions, and complementary approaches for issues such as gastritis and functional dyspepsia.
Specialist procedures include the Stretta anti-reflux treatment, a minimally invasive option for patients with chronic acid reflux, and abdominal trigger point injections. Patients also have access to health screening packages covering a wide variety of needs including hormone profiles, coeliac screening, anaemia assessments, and full well-person checks.
LSDC Healthcare accepts both insured and self-pay patients and works with leading health insurance providers including BUPA, AXA, and Cigna. Payment plans and finance options are available for certain procedures. Pre-visit admin is very efficient. The online booking system is easy to use. E-mails are replied to promptly, and telephone calls are answered there and then or returned without delay if they are not. The premises are easy to find and are immaculately kept. Dr Albusoda is an excellent consultant: thorough, welcoming and reassuring. Clinical letters f.a.o. one's GP are written on the day of the consultation and copied by e-mail to the patient. 10/10. I strongly recommend.

I found the LSDC Heathcare facility to be a clean and comfortable practice and was easy to get to from Liverpool Street. Not as modern as other new private healthcare facilities but the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
