Dr Georgina Casswell

Dr Georgina Casswell is a dedicated Consultant Clinical Oncologist based in Bristol, United Kingdom, who has been practising as a consultant since 2020. She specialises in the treatment of head and neck cancers as well as skull base tumours. Known for her compassionate and patient-centred approach, Dr Casswell is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals navigating complex cancer diagnoses.

Dr Casswell completed her specialist oncology training in Bristol. To further refine her expertise, she spent the final year of her training as a Clinical Fellow at a leading cancer centre in Melbourne, Australia, where she focused extensively on advanced head and neck radiotherapy techniques. She is fully registered with the General Medical Council with a licence to practise and holds professional membership with the British Association of Head and Neck Oncologists.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr Casswell is actively involved in clinical research and service improvement. She has contributed to major clinical trials, including the CompARE phase III trial, which evaluates treatment escalation strategies for intermediate and high-risk oropharyngeal cancers.
