I find Dr Tim Robinson explains everything very clearly. So you understand what all the technical wording means. You don't need to be a Dr to understand the process and what's happening next
Had a telephone call to see how I was, ended up a video call, Dr robinson as always very helpful suggesting options for the food feeling stuck and referred me to the consultant for a review

Tim is easy to talk to, which makes the whole process feel much less stressful. He is dedicated to finding the best care possible, taking the time to explain every option with patience and clarity.
Dr Robinson prescribed Fezolinitent to help with the prolific hot flushes I was getting from the endocrine treatment and I was able to confirm that it was working brilliantly. They’ve basically disappeared.
Dr Robinson explained each step of my treatment plan carefully and fully. He answered all my queries in a kind and compassionate manner and ensured I understood each step of the process.
