I felt very reassured by the knowledge and attention Mr Wu displayed. He took the time to explain everything and how we would proceed to sort the problem. Highly recommended
Mr Wu was very professional in all of his dealings with me. He explained all of my questions to my full satisfaction, and he never rushed me. A very positive experience.
Mr Wu was mindful that my delay would impact on everyone else waiting, but still took time to explain everything clearly.
Explained and carried out everything he was going to do.
Mr feiran wu is professional friendly, explains everything slowly, and so you can understand I never feel rushed by him. He will take as long as it takes to put your mind at ease. I would never let anybody else operate on my hand
Dr Wu gave me confidence in his knowledge and ability through clear and professional communication at all stages of my visits to Spire. I felt relaxed and in safe hands throughout my experience. I would not hesitate to have the same operation on my other elbow should it be necessary in future years. Thank you.
A very skilful, caring consultant who explained the procedures in detail and treated me with great respect. I am extremely pleased with the outcomes of my surgery as explained before, particularly as my right finger was very severely contracted and proved to be extremely challenging.
An extremely nice guy who explained things every step of the way, very professional approach.
It was a pleasure being looked after by Mr Feiran and team. I felt I was in good hands and you can’t even see the scar from my operation it is very neat. Thank you
Excellent, professional and friendly. I could ask questions about my care and was put at ease. I would definitely recommend Mr Wu. Many thanks.
