Dr Duncan Coles is an experienced Consultant Cardiologist dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with a wide array of cardiovascular conditions. Dr Coles completed his medical training with distinction, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) research degree. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) and maintains specialist accreditation with the British Society of Echocardiography. Throughout his professional career, Dr Coles has demonstrated strong academic and administrative leadership, serving as a Clinical Lead for echocardiography services and leading advanced cardiac computed tomography (CT) imaging services.

Specialising in advanced non-invasive cardiac imaging, Dr Coles possesses extensive expertise in transthoracic, transoesophageal, and stress echocardiography, as well as cardiac CT angiography. His clinical interests include the management of valvular heart disease, cardiovascular disease prevention, and the assessment of complex heart rhythm disorders.
