Dr Thomasin Andrews

Dr Thomasin Andrews is a Consultant Neurologist with extensive experience in general neurology, including investigations and management of headaches, fit, blackouts and dizziness. She has a specialist interest in Parkinson's disease, tremor and movement disorders and Huntington's Disease.

Dr Andrews studied at University College London and intercalated in physiology and neurophysiology. She went on to complete her general medical training at Bart's and the Royal Free and spent a year as medical registrar at St Peter's Hospital in Chertsey. Following this she undertook a three-year research degree at the MRC Cyclotron Unit at Imperial College London, investigating the use of positron emission tomography in clinical and research studies of Huntington's disease. She then went on to complete her higher neurology training in London, and was appointed as a consultant neurologist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust in 2003. She runs clinics for general neurology, specialist movement disorders, Parkinson's, and Huntington's disease clinics.
