About Dr Terence Wong
Dr Terence Wong is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist at St Thomas' hospital and currently the clinical lead in hepatology and the oesophageal laboratory at St Thomas' hospital.
Dr Wong graduated from Cambridge University and received post-graduate training at St Bartholomew's hospital, St Thomas' hospital and King's College Hospital. He was awarded an MD thesis in 2001.
Dr Wong's research interests include gastroesophageal reflux disease, hepatitis, hepatology and hepatobiliary endoscopy and he has authored over 100 publications and abstracts in these fields.

He has a broad range of skills including advanced therapeutic endoscopy and techniques used to assess patients with acid reflux and swallowing problems (oesophageal physiology).
