Dr Stuart Cairns

Dr Stuart Cairns is a Consultant Physician and specialist in Gastroenterology. They trained at King's College Hospital, London, and later did higher medical training in Cambridge, The Middlesex and University College Hospitals in London. Dr Cairns has specialist endoscopic skills in the diagnosis and treatment of most gastroenterological diseases.

Dr Cairns was awarded the Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship to the Medical University of South Carolina, USA, investigating new endoscopic treatments. They were also a recipient of the Silver Award for Clinical Excellence from the Department of Health.

Dr Cairns is a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians and is registered with the General Medical Council.
