The staff were not in uniform which was very poor ,and no one knew who to ask when I had a query ,I would not want to return ,sorry

This was a pre-booked left eye cataract operation. I was warmly welcomed and kept informed of what was going to happen throughout. All staff were friendly and engaging even in theatre. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. Information on what to expect next and follow up advice was pretty comprehensive and well explained.
