Discussed results of recent scan and am now being referred for a further scan as a precaution . All very efficient but still waiting for new scan date.
Dr Austin was extremely helpful and understanding of my gut issues. He guided me through the options available to me in terms of both medication and possible treatments and procedures. We talked through the possibilities available to me but there was no pressure applied on Dr Austin's part. Just some recommendations and suggestions that I found very useful. I felt completely at ease in what could have been a stressful situation.
Arrival time was 1pm, procedure time was 5pm, I was not made aware of the potential time that would be required
Following my initial consultation, Dr Austin performed a gastroscopy which identified erosive gastritis. Dr Austin has been clear, concise and succinct in his questioning and responses. Further tests are underway in relation to another abdominal issue and I am hopeful that will be dealt with equally easily.
Dr Austin explained the complications and next steps we’ll
Everything was great from a consultation and procedure perspective - only downside was communication- I did not receive a call or email after my procedures to arrange a followup appointment with my results.
My son came with me to review and we were able to understand what Dr.Austin was explaining to us.
Following a consultation with Mr Austin, i required a procedure. Mr Austin took the time to go through everything, and answered all of my questions. On the day of the procedure, Mr Austin came to see me, and walked me through what was going to happen that day. Overall I found Mr Austin to be very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I would recommend.
