Following a consultation with Mr Austin, i required a procedure. Mr Austin took the time to go through everything, and answered all of my questions. Dr Austin was clear, helpful and I'm happy with the next steps.
Dr Austin explains everything very clearly and concisely, listens carefully and had a great understanding of the worries and concerns that I had. Very impressed.
Dr Austin is amazing. Had very thorough tests to rule out anything serious. He had time to listen and took time to explain what my symptoms could’ve been. I was finally diagnosed with coeliac disease and also bile acid malabsorption within two months when I had been trying three years to get my own GP to listen to me in the first place. Dr Austin has an excellent bedside manner and he’s very knowledgeable in his field. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you’re experiencing any Gastro issues he is also very kind and considerate.
Great. All very smooth and professional. Terrific care.
