Great. All very smooth and professional. Terrific care.
Mr Austin put me at ease and explained the procedure clearly
I was looking for specific explanation regarding short and long term medications and Dr Austin was clear and helpful
Excellent consultation with Dr Austin. He listened carefully and gave considered and clear answers. Highly recommended.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thorough in approach, good listener
I booked in a consultation after receiving awful care through the NHS and was given Dr Austin and what can I say. I have never felt more heard and seen by a doctor. Unfortunately upon arriving to my appointment I collapsed in the waiting room but I could not fault the staff for how they looked after me, ran tests and reassured my partner. Dr Austin came and spoke to me briefly once I recovered and arranged to call me the following evening to make a plan. He listened, asked questions and made a solid plan within 10 minutes, something the NHS hadn’t been able to do in 4 months! I highly recommend seeing him and getting the care you deserve
Very poor. I had my first meeting with Dr Austin on 14/10/25 where we had a discussion and agreed an investigation was needed. I didn’t have that done until 4/12/25. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. Dr Austin treated me like he had somewhere else he needed to be. Rude about the fact I can’t lay on my left side for long because I had half my lung removed a couple of years ago… I explained this and he told me “surely that’s the best way to lay “ in a very patronising way. When I left I was told I would hear by 1st January at the latest. I had to chase this for a couple of weeks trying to get hold of someone to speak to. Eventually I got an appointment on 16th January. I was told by Dr Austin the delay was probably his fault because he had been away gallivanting?? He gave me some details and said my gp would receive a copy ?? I wouldn’t need any treatment. To this day she hasn’t received the letter. As I need no further treatment I’ve not pushed for it. Having paid over £3,000 I feel very disappointed with my experience with private health .
Very happy with my appointment with Dr. Mark Austin .
