After months of uncertainty and hearing a lot of “I don’t knows”, it was such a relief to finally walk away from an appointment with a clear plan in place. Dr Rose provided a thorough but easy to understand explanation of what might be happening, what to expect next and what investigations are needed. I felt listened to and taken seriously.
