Dr Michael Samuel

Dr Michael Samuel qualified as a doctor in 1990 from University of Oxford. He is a Consultant Neurologist covering all aspects of general neurology, with a specialist interest in the treatment of movement disorders using complex techniques such as deep brain stimulation. He works closely with allied sub-specialties to provide multidisciplinary care.

Michael also offers specialist procedures such as botulinum toxin injections. He is a member of the Association of British Neurologists, Movement Disorders Society, British Medical Association, British Society of Stereotaxic and Functional Neurosurgery. He is also a member of Clinical Study Group for the Dementia and Neurodegenerative Disease Research Network (DeNDRoN, UK) and the Medical Defence Union.

Michael regularly reviews articles and papers for movement disorders academic journals.
