Dr Basavaraju was very friendly and welcoming. He was patient in letting me explain my long history of gastrointestinal problems, he listened very well and then asked all the appropriate questions in a friendly manner. He provided good guidance on what the next steps would be and outlined all the relevant details that would be involved. Overall he was very professional, understanding and helpful.
