The whole process was expertly handled I was well looked after. Discharge instructions were clear. I would have welcomed a phone call during the first week to check progress however I was given an open invitation to call for advice.

The hospital and staff were great, very friendly and clear about what would happen. I was a bit surprised to be advised that I had to wait until 12:30 for my op after being told to arrive at 07:15.
