Ms Lo was easy to talk to and I felt perfectly calm with the procedure
I would have liked a map of my moles and sizes of lumps taken. For an annual review. But as mentioned earlier,I felt have everything was looked at and checked but felt it could have been a lot cheaper than £200 for 10 minutes
Miss Lo. Was very professional and clear about the procedure. My experience was 100%
I was made to feel at ease and calm about the procedure.
Miss Lo saw me promptly and welcomed me warmly. She quickly diagnosed my skin issue and explained my options in a way that I understood. She was very caring and gave me all the time I needed. When I went for minor surgery, she again me warmly and was reassuring. She is extremely skilled and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
