Miss Seok Ling Ong

I saw Dr Ong 2 years ago and I remember how compassionate she was. I saw her again today and her manner was the same. She is able to relax you and listen to you and then advise. She’s fantastic.

Miss Ong was very professional and put me at ease with understanding what maybe going on . She then said she would talk with the MRI people, coming back the next day with a plan for my care

Miss Ong was delightful. She had a lovely manner which put my wife and I at ease. She explained everything clearly and unambiguously, answered all our questions and told us to contact her if I experience certain symptoms.

Miss Ong explained my options and surgery. She was empathetic professional and made sure I understood everything.

Absolutely fantastic. Why has it taken nearly seven years to meet Miss Ong? Her communication skills and explanations were above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble to explain re my condition. She should be used to teach other doctors, consultants, etc on how to communicate honestly, professionally and in layman's detail re your medical problem. She would save the NHS millions!
