I was not looking forward to my endoscopy. The nurses I met in the pods were very reassuring and one nurse had previously had several endoscopies and went through in detail what to expect. I opted for sedation and I was unaware what happened during the procedure. Dr Ralph’s came and saw me after the operation and explained clearly what had gone on. I was very happy with how things had gone on and would reassure anyone having this procedure not the worry. You are in very safe hands.
