About Dr Farooq Maniyar
Dr Farooq Maniyar is a Consultant Neurologist based at Cleveland Clinic London and sees patients at the Portland Place Outpatient Centre in London. He is highly specialised in the diagnosis and treatment of a plethora of neurological disorders, with a special interest in headache disorders and migraine. Some of the conditions he regularly treats are migraine, cluster headache, vertigo, facial pain, trigeminal neuralgia, visual snow, epilepsy, cranial nerve blocks, Botox CGRP treatment for Migraine. Dr Maniyar specialised in the treatment of headaches and migraines throughout his training, his specialist training in neurology was completed in the West Yorkshire Deanery. During his training, he took a research fellowship in headache disorders from the University of California San Francisco. He was later awarded the highly prestigious Harold G. Wolff Lecture Award by the American Headache Society for his work in Migraine
