Dr Daniel Mattison

Dr Daniel Mattison is a highly dedicated Consultant Paediatrician dedicated to delivering holistic, evidence-based care to infants, children, and young people. Operating with a patient-centred approach, he diagnoses and manages a broad spectrum of general childhood conditions. Dr Mattison works collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support every child’s health, growth, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Dr Mattison completed his medical degree (MBChB) at Leicester-Warwick Medical School, qualifying in 2004. He subsequently completed his specialist Paediatric Training in the North West of England. To maintain the highest standards of professional practice, he holds membership with the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH).

In his clinical practice, Dr Mattison maintains a strong focus on General Paediatrics alongside a specialised clinical interest in supporting young patients with eating disorders and child mental health concerns. As a Clinical Lead, he is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care tailored to the individual needs of children, adolescents, and their families.
