We paid for a private appointment for our son, and we left with answers, a plan, and treatment which is exactly what we were wanting to achieve. Dr Kansra was patient and thorough with his explanations and answered all of our questions.

Dr Kansra was very patient with my daughter and allowed her to speak for herself as well as listening to us as parents. He summarised what we had told him and clearly explained a treatment plan.
