I felt very satisfied with the consultation and diagnostic procedures Dr Campbell carried out for my teenage son. He explained procedures and findings with clarity and I felt reassured that my son would be well looked after in his care.

Dr Campbell has been treating our daughter for an unexplained issue with swallowing. He has listened to our concerns as parents and spoken directly to our daughter at her level. We are now working with Dr Campbell as he guides us through further tests.

There were some issues with the appointment being rescheduled several times (Great North Children’s Hospital) but Dr Campbell was very accommodating and still ensured we had an appointment.

The care my son has received from Dr Campbell so far has been terrific. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. We immediately felt at ease during a very difficult time. As a family we feel confident that we are receiving the best medical care for our son. Dr Campbell has shown brilliant care and compassion throughout, he is willing to go above and beyond for my sons complex care needs to give us as a family the most desired outcome. Dr Campbell is willing to try different care pathways to give my son the best quality of life, he listens to us as a family and our concerns around treatments. Overall outstanding experience and I personally can not thank him enough for his effort and commitment he puts into my sons care.

Dr Campbell is a very friendly and approachable doctor, he goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable during the consultation and is genuinely interested in how you and your child are. We have been very pleased with our child's care whilst seeing him, the only negative is sometimes the explanations of things can be very rushed and we don't have time to take things in properly, then are left with lots of questions after we have left. We understand that he is of course very busy and often he simply does not have the time to spend with us that he would perhaps like.

Dr Campbell was fantastic from start to finish with our daughter. After such a bad experience at our local hospital, he began to restore some faith for us. He was very approachable, thorough, knowledgeable, understanding and most of all he acknowledged our daughter, something which most people we have seen have not. We are extremely grateful we ended up in your care and we wish there were more like you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We have found our appointments with Dr Campbell to be very positive. He explained all the options in relation to our son's dietary requirements in detail and answered our questions fully. He has a friendly, calm and reassuring manner. He has also been very proactive; for example, he once made a personal phonecall to discuss our son and to reassure us that things were moving forward. Issues have been acted upon quickly and positively.

Dr Campbell had always been caring and compassionate towards my daughter. He explains things clearly and is very approachable. He explains the rationale for his decision making and allows for informed choice and decisions, where appropriate. I feel extremely confident in his decision making and the care he provides.

Dr Campbell was very calm, reassuring and thorough. I had every faith that he would get to the bottom of my daughters condition. He filled us with confidence that she was in the best hands. We couldn’t ask for any more. Only wish all doctors were like this.
