Dr Chloe Bulwer

Dr Chloe Bulwer is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician who specialises in Community Child Health. Known for her reassuring and patient-centred approach, she is committed to delivering comprehensive care to children and young people. Her clinical practice focuses on supporting children with complex medical needs, neurodevelopmental conditions, and endocrine disorders, ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, tailored care.

In her clinical practice, Dr Bulwer has a strong focus on neurodevelopmental assessments, particularly the evaluation and management of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She also possesses a keen interest in paediatric endocrinology, having co-authored national clinical guidelines for rare conditions such as idiopathic pituitary stalk thickening and central diabetes insipidus. Furthermore, she is actively involved in developing and improving transition pathways to help young people with complex medical needs move smoothly from paediatric to adult healthcare services.

Dr Bulwer completed her primary medical education at University College London, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc). She went on to complete postgraduate training, earning a Master of Science (MSc) and achieving membership as a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH). She is fully registered with the General Medical Council and maintains active professional memberships, including with the British Association for Community Child Health (BACCH).
