Ms Catherine Addie

Ms Catherine Addie is a Senior Physiotherapist with experience across NHS and private practice. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2011 and subsequently spent ten years working within NHS services in Wessex and Cumbria. She currently works part-time as a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in Musculoskeletal Outpatients at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, where her role includes supporting the management of complex musculoskeletal presentations and contributing to clinical leadership within the service.

Ms Addie has completed postgraduate training in acupuncture and Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute. She incorporates these approaches alongside manual therapy, exercise and rehabilitation planning according to the needs of each patient. Her clinical interests include shoulder, back and hip conditions, with treatment focused on improving movement, reducing pain and supporting long-term function.
