Claire took my medical history and kept track of it as I had further hospital procedures. With that she was able to tailor my treatments to suit my needs and I made quick progress (keeping up with the exercises for me to do at home).

Claire just gets me. From around the second session, she seemed to understand exactly who I am—she could tell the moment I was in pain or when I needed to take a break, even if I was trying to push through. That’s just the kind of person I am: I’ll always try to keep going, but I’m really grateful that Claire knows me well enough to step in when I need it. She has such a calm, reassuring nature, and it’s clear she truly understands my diagnosis. Every session, she takes the time to explain what we’ll be doing and what to expect the following week, which really helps me feel prepared and supported. I always leave with tailored exercises to work on at home—based on how each session has gone—which makes a big difference in my progress. Claire has helped me understand how I have made progress from my first session, as I don’t always see it and I am super grateful that she helps me see this as it makes my weeks much brighter! And Claire you will be super happy to know it’s doesn’t feel like a gym session because you know how I feel about the gym, physio is actually something I look forward to every week!
