My daughter has been struggling with joint pain for quite some time, and it was starting to affect her confidence and day‑to‑day activities. From the very first appointment, Barbara was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, She took the time to really listen, explain everything clearly, and create a plan that felt achievable and supportive. The exercises and guidance have made a noticeable difference, and seeing my daughter move more comfortably has been such a relief.. I would highly recommend Barbara.

My consultation was excellent but it’s a little early to give a true assessment as I am waiting on impressions insoles to be made and fitted. Watch this space

Recently brought Let’s Go Physio onto our daughters MDT and although it’s only been a short few weeks we are so impressed! The team are so knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! Everything is so well organised! Amazing!

Stewart was very professional and understanding. He gave me a range of exercises to do which I hope will help me. He had a very positive approach and encouraged me to keep up with the exercises.

I have been coming for physio for a while now, fortnightly, and it has helped my daughter. Carol is absolutely amazing, the session flows so well and Carol goes with my daughters needs and mood. This establishment is warm and welcoming and really has mase a difference to my daughters tone management on a daily basis. We gain remarkable skills and techniques on how to aid my daughters high tone.

Excellent service. I came in unable to move my right foot, after an operation on my stomach. They fixed that and improved my strength, stamina and sense of balance. All of which were low after spending 2 months in a hospital bed. Recommended.

Claire Sewter's speedy visit and diagnosis was reassuring and clearly highly professional. She was highly knowledgeable and provided really practical advice and support. I have followed the recommended programme carefully and left feedback or email responses that Claire has followed up regularly. The stretches and exercises that were given, have helped me to improve and recover my physical condition, quickly, and after 4 weeks I am feeling a lot stronger, and better overall. As this was the 3rd time I have approached Let's Go Physio for help - with different injuries - I can recommend them unreservedly - and have done so already with a few people.
