Excellent service. Attentive physio and knowledgeable

Andy was friendly, he made me feel at ease with my communication difficulties. He was professional and an encouraging guy, which was appreciated! One thing I think could make the service even better is a list of recommended shoes for when clients are needing them to go with new splints as this was difficult to research.

I found out my newborn had congenital muscular torticollis and became instantly concerned, being a new mum and knowing nothing about the condition besides what Google told me. I rang and spoke to Alaina on the phone who was amazing, she reassured me, gave me so much advice, didn’t rush me, and really listened. Not only that, she rang me back so quickly to arrange an appointment with Rachel. Rachel was incredible with my newborn , calm, knowledgeable, and so gentle with my baby. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely supported, and handled Grace with such care. I felt safe in her hands, which meant the world at this stage of early motherhood. It’s rare to come across a service that makes you feel so held, but this one did. I’m genuinely so grateful I found them. I was nervous before my first session, but I felt at ease almost instantly. Claire is incredibly easy to talk to and has a calm, reassuring manner that made me feel comfortable straight away. The building is very accessible, as is the physio room itself. It’s beautifully set up, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could need—it clearly caters to a wide range of needs and conditions.

As always, easy to arrange an appointment and kept informed at all stages.

Claire is great with my son and has a wealth of knowledge to share.
