Mrs Alaina Anderson

Alaina Anderson is the Practice Manager at Let’s Go Physio and brings over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant. Since joining the team in October 2021, Alaina has played a vital role in supporting both paediatric and adult rehabilitation across a variety of clinical settings.

With a background spanning hospital wards, outpatient clinics, and community care, Alaina has worked alongside many experienced physiotherapists, developing a deep understanding of holistic, patient-centred care. She has a particular passion for paediatrics and child development, and her approach is always tailored to encourage maximum function and independence in every individual.

Alaina is highly skilled in supporting physiotherapy programs both on land and in hydrotherapy, and she has extensive knowledge of specialist physiotherapy equipment. She works closely with clients, families, and carers to ensure safe and effective equipment use, offering clear guidance and written instructions to build confidence and autonomy.

As part of the Let’s Go Physio team — a group of HCPC-registered, DBS-checked, and highly trained professionals — Alaina upholds the highest standards in care delivery.
